I am passionate about practicing and teaching Yoga.Yoga has helped me when dealing with life challenge and is ideal
for reducing stress-levels. My background Yoga training stems from a
variety of Yoga practices including Hatha, Vinyassa, Bikram and
Kundalini.Therefore, I
teach Yoga in an eclectic manner including a strong emphasis on
stress-management.I
encourage students to honor their bodies and to go at their own pace and
level.Yoga is different
from other forms of exercise since it is not goal oriented. Yoga is
rather a process or journey of self-discovery unifying body, mind and
spirit.
